Murali is an honest and sincere man who has toiled hard for seven years in the Gulf. Having saved a reasonable amount of money, he decides to return home to Kerala, with the plan of settling in his native town, starting a business and settling down for the long haul.
Implementing his plan, he decides to enter into the travel business and buys a bus. However, he is shocked when his work is impeded at every step by employee strikeouts and other obstacles caused by the powerful trade union in Kerala. Will he learn to survive and succeed in this challenging environment, or will his business fail to take off, forcing him to rethink his life's plans?
