Born into a close-knit family, Sidharthan is a well-employed and desirable bachelor who works as the Junior Engineer in the electrical department of the government. However, he had always dreams of becoming a doctor, and hopes to get as close to the fulfilment of this dream as possible by marrying a doctor.
When he is transferred to a neighbouring town, he meets and falls in love with Ammu Kutti a doctor. Will his marriage turn out to be as blissful as he dreams it will be?
