The story begins with Soorya (Yashas) and Raaji (Nakshatra) who are in love with each other but despite several attempts, Raaji is unable to convince her parents. She tells Soorya that she would get married to the boy of their choice but will escape in the first night and join him. Soorya accepts it without a choice. Raaji escapes during the first night and joins Soorya. The story takes a turn when an incident occurs and Soorya goes into brain dead situation and Raaji has to go through a heart transplant
