Thomson Villa (2014)

Sheelu is the daughter of a business tycoon, based in Kochi. But when their business is going through tough times, the family income declines and she is forced to take up a job to make ends meet. She starts as a part time music teacher to Thomson, the son of a renowned couple Sheela and Paul. Reaching Thomson Villa, she encounters many incidents that reveal secrets about the mansion, and a series of misfortunes follow. Neighbor Sevy helps Sheelu overcome these and the rest of the story follows the efforts made by the duo to expose the mysteries associated with the Villa.
