As a game this was definitely a gamechanger ,trendsetter and one of the many reasons to the meteoric rise in sales of smartphones. I was a big fan of this game which is basically outwitting the piglets with the Angry bird. The trailer had set big expectations for this movie and I got to watch this movie today. The adults ratio was easily outdone by the kids ratio. I must say I enjoyed the movie as much as the game. The transition from the game to movie is done as easy as that of a knife slicing through butter. It takes a great story teller to take a simple plot & a tried tested game to be adapted for the silver screen. Clay, Fergal and their stupendous team have managed to do just that. The evergreen moves in the game have so neatly and effortlessly been etched into the movie. Its such fun to watch and rejoice yet again. The voices especially the accent is also totally in sync with each of the lead characters. At the end you get the feel to go home and start playing Angry birds yet again! As a movie all essential elements have been kept simple as per the demand of game. Fair enough!! This is a movie to be watched and rejoiced. Don't miss it.
