The film revolves around a person named Viraj Anand who desires to follow the footsteps of his father Satyamurthy and live by his values and what happens when Satyamurthy is killed in a freak accident and how far Anand, his family's only bread winner, goes to save his noble father's legacy from his girlfriend's father Sambasiva Rao who accuses Satyamurthy for a case of fraud with the help of a faction landlord Devaraj.
