“Smallfoot” is based on a book called “Yeti Tracks” by Sergio Pablos

The animation in this film will be similar to that of the 2015 film "The Peanuts Movie" and the 2017 "Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie" film.

This marks Channing Tatum's fourth animated movie, after The Lego Movie, The Book of Life, and The Lego Batman Movie.

In this film, James Corden voices a Legendary Smallfoot that gets told of in stories told by the Yetis that turns out to be true.

"Smallfoot" is the first Warner Animation Group musical film.

"Smallfoot" is the first Warner Animation Group film to have Warner Bros. Pictures logo with "A WarnerMedia Company".

Originally, DreamWorks Animation veteran Ryan O'Loughlin was supposed to direct this film, but however, he was replaced by fellow DWA Veteran Karey Kirkpatrick for unknown reasons.

Peter Ettinger, the editor created the language and performs the high-pitched squeaking vocals for this film.
