Sangram "Simmba" Bhalerao (Ranveer Singh) is an orphan from Shivgadh, the same town where Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgn) was raised. He observes how policemen make money in the form of bribes, and gets motivated to become a cop. Simmba enjoys and takes full advantage of the lifestyle of a corrupt cop, until a life-changing event makes him follow the path of righteousness.
