Rareeram (1986)

This insightful romantic drama follows the life of Meera, a beautiful young woman who has recently become employed in a bank. She moves into the city and with the help of her friend, Chitra finds a women's hostel to stay in. At the bank, Meera develops a painful relationship filled with conflict and criticism from Nandakumar, who is employed in the same bank as an accountant. When all the employees of the bank are called upon to ensure maximum deposits, further conflict develops between Nandakumar and Meera. When Meera shares her woes with Chitra, the two form a plan to exact revenge upon Nandakumar for all the aggravation and suffering he had caused Meera.
