Mark Range wants James to quit smoking and goes to extreme lengths to make him understand. However this causes a problem when James conspires against Mark by getting him wrongfully accused. This accusation leads to Mark loosing his reputation in the society as he decides to wait patiently to teach him a perfect lesson that he deserves. Mark engages in a game of action and deception as he tricks James with a fake gun and a poisonous bullet that doesn't exit the victim's body until death.

Prashast Singh initially wanted it to be a talkie film but dropped the idea, keeping in mind the sound issues he's had with his previous movies.
Although there are no spoken dialogues in the film, there are some subtitle-dialogues in English present in certain scenes.
Almost half of the budget was recovered during the shoot of the film itself as Prashast Singh returned the expensive props instead of keeping them.
Prashast Singh used a number of props from his previous movies as a form of self-parody. He also made sure those guns would never be used in any further movies.
While filming the vehicular sequence, Prashast Singh mistakenly turned off the camera when it was supposed to be on, due to which a lot of fast driving couldn't get filmed.
Filming started on 9 February 2019 and ended on 24 March 2019. The final print was produced on 25 March 2019.
