As the plight goes from bad to worse a drought-hit village in Maharashtra, the youngsters living there start to abandon their native land and head to the city in the hope of a better life. However, things are about to change with the arrival of Vikas, whose spirit and vision inspire the villagers to rally together for a better tomorrow.
