His identity needs to be kept secret at any cost. So, Jai Mohan and his chief Shaheed Khadar (Sathyaraj) operate in Bengaluru under a cover setup, claiming to run an exports business under the name 'Deccan Exporters'. Jai's love for Anjali is a security threat that could leave them vulnerable and compromise their goals, but they decide that it is a risk they must take.
One day, Anjali is consumed by the suspicion that Jai might be having an affair, so she follows him and eventually forces him to reveal his true identity and profession to her. Meanwhile, Victor Rana (Rahul Dev) a terrorist who was caught and imprisoned after Interrogation escapes by trick. To catch Victor Rana, Shaheed asks Anjali to go undercover as Laila, a bar dancer, Victor's girlfriend. Anjali finally agrees and is trained as a regular in bar dancing.
