Munni (1975)

This inspiring and thought-provoking drama is set against the backdrop of an impoverished village that is utterly drought stricken. Devoid of all sources of water, a young girl goes from house to house, begging for a few drops of precious water, to save her ailing mother. When she does get some water, she displays generosity by first giving the water to a dog and a beggar. Will her generosity of spirit please the rain gods?
