This poignant secular drama, delves into the heart-wrenching loss in the life of an aged lady named Kuniyamma (Sukumari), whose son Syed Ahmed, an idealistic teacher is accused of being a Muslim militant.
When the authorities are able to find proof of him being a Jihadi bomber, he is sentenced to death on charges of being an extremist.This incident irreparably shatters his mother's life, which only gets worse when she loses her mental balance after receiving news of her son's hanging.
Then, she begins a search for her son, not ready to face the reality that her son is dead. Will her search provide new meaning and hope in her life?
