Bhagawant Kumar Bhartendu, Professor in a reputed college is financially well placed & happily married to beautiful Priya. He has a deep-rooted fear that he is suffering from some chronic ailment may be just to have the sympathies of his friends and his dear wife. One morning he overhears his family doctor discussing with the specialist. "It is an advance stage of heart trouble causing death within three months". Thinking the talk is about him he firmly believes he is going to die, though the doctors were talking about some other patient. He is worried for his wife. What will happened to her after his death He gets nightmares that Priya is being cheated, exploited, and dishonored by the cruel world. The only solution to this he finds is that Priya should marry again after his death. But whom should she marry She is not capable of finding a husband on her own. Bhagawanth feels that he himself should find a person for his wife. Bhagawant who is perfectly fit and healthy and not going to die, begins desperately looking for a husband for his wife which leads humorous situations creating roaring laughter.
