I don't remember when was the last time I watched a action movie as intense as Meaghamann. Well, If i have to find such a movie its Director Saran's VATTARAM with ARYA in 2006. Though Vattaram was spoiled by wrongly placed songs. But that wasn't the case with Meaghamann.
A very good action thriller movie in Tamil cinema. Thaman scores excellent through his BGM. The movie revolves around few policemen who work together to nab the king pin of a drug mafia in Goa. At one point,all the policemen involved in the operation lose their life, with only ARYA left behind, how he uses his intelligence and brute strength to complete the mission is conceived through deft direction and good all round performance, making the whole movie worth watching.
About Arya's performance: He is here to stay for long. Going by this pace and choice of movies, he would easily reach the stardom of Ajith and Vijay without suffering much criticism which those two stars faced.
