Mariyam Mukku (2015)

The story of the fishermen community along the fictional coastal area of Mariam Mukku. Mariam Mukku is presented as a historically important place, as the people there believe themselves to be the descendants of Portuguese people. Felix is a fearless and daring fisherman who lost his parents at a young age and has been adopted by Marian Ashan. Salomi (Sana Althaf), daughter of a Westerner from Portugal arrives with her father at Mariam Mukku with some hidden intentions. The crux of this soulful tale follows the complex events that unfold when Salomi falls in love with Felix.
