Embedded with thrills and terror, this fiery psychological thriller daringly depicts the complex sequence of events that unfold in the life of the author of Manga, a television series, Tenkasi Balakumaran (Jayaram), when he leaves his home for a few days to be alone to write the last few episodes. Unbeknownst to him, his obsessive fan, Julie Ganapathi becomes more and more attracted to him as identifies herself more and more to the main character in the show. On his way back home after completing his work, his vehicle gets into an accident which leaves him seriously injured and crippled. The twist in the tale comes when Julie rescues Bala and kidnaps him. At first, Bala is thankful for the care and nursing that Julie provides, but soon enough, he gets to know of her obsessive nature. Will Balaji be allowed to leave if he wants to? What is Julie's plan for him?
