Producer Gyan Chand attempts to make a film. Whilst in production his partner refuses to co-operate with the financial aspect of completing the movie and Gyan Chand ends up being imprisoned for 5 years - being unable to return the borrowed money from the investors. After being released from prison Gyan Chand decides to make a low budget film with 4 unknown faces with a smaller budget. Gyan Chand starts facing several obstacles to get his film released on the big screen.
