Fashion (1957)

Kishore was married to Shanta, and they had a little daughter named Kamla. Kishore loves his wife very much but only disliked the fact that she is old-fashioned. Kishore's friend Kedar who had his eye on Shanta tries to disturb their marriage by introducing Kishore to alcohol and women, which lead to his affair with Manorama. Shanta tries to contact Kedar, fights his attempts to molest her. Kedar spews a false story about Shanta, leading to Kishore questioning her fidelity. Kishore separates from Shanta and refuses her contact with Kamla. Kishore and Kamla live with Manorama in Delhi, and Kamla is unaware of her mother believing her to be dead. Manorama leaves Kishore and Kamla grows up to be a spoilt brat who mistreats her father. Kishore realizes his mistake and returns to bring Shanta into his life. Shanta meets with her arrogant daughter who is unaware of her relationship with her. What happens when Shanta tries to fix her daughter and her marriage?
