Ente Ammaykku (2024)

After the tragic demise of his father, Mahadeva, while serving in the army, Manikuttan secures a job in the same institution. Despite objections from his uncle Narayan, Manikuttan follows his mother Subhadra's fervent wish to join the army. Departing for duty, Manikuttan leaves behind some money for his uncle, bringing joy to the family. Narayan and the grandmother eagerly plan Manikuttan's marriage to Narayan's daughter, Manaseshwari. However, tragedy strikes when Manikuttan falls victim to a bomb attack while on duty. His comrades bring his lifeless body home, prompting the family to blame Subhadra for his untimely demise. Despite the grief and discord, Manikuttan receives a burial with full military honors.
