Ehsan Shahhosseini

Born in 1992 in Tehran, Iran. He studied at the Iranian Youth Cinema Society and has started filmmaking in 2017. He directed the short films “731 ” (2017), “Dead End ” (2017), “The Silence of God” (2019) , and “Mannequin” (2020). The short film “The Silence of God” in the experimental-drama genre, had its world premiere in competition at the Faludi International Film Festival (2019) Also, Shahhosseini’s second fiction film called (Mannequin), which was made in 2020, had its world premiere at the Salerno Film Festival. Ehsan Shahhosseini’s latest screenplay named (Antagonist) has been nominated for an award in Four festivals of Bengaluru Film Festival, New Jersey Film Awards, Oaxaca FilmFest, and Short Sweet Film Fest and has also won the award for the best short script at Sofia Art Film Awards. In 2021, he was on the jury of the Changing Face Film Festival. (Sydney, Australia) and judged the selected films.
