In the village, the men are often lazy and spend their days drinking, relying on the women to earn for the family. This makes the children upset and frustrated, as they see the unfairness of it all. Despite trying different ways to bring about change, nothing seems to work. Mehul’s father, Anant, is one of those who struggles with alcohol, adding to the difficulties the family faces.
