After his family gets assassinated, marine officer Ray Garrison is reborn by a team of scientists using nano-technology and turns into a superhuman killing machine called 'Bloodshot'. While he is training with his former soldiers he struggles to recall his past but when the memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed him and his wife, he tries to break out of the facility hell-bent on revenge only to discover that there is more to the conspiracy than he felt.
