A Much Compelling Flick - Must Watch
on

After a long time I have watched such compelling movie. There are many reasons in the story that makes you interested. What I like is that the script goes smooth and stable, like a chain. To create twists or turns, nothing is embedded in between or artificially.

Black Panther takes you from ancient times to current period, so from the very beginning it engages you.

Boseman reportedly has signed on to play Black Panther for five films that will include appearances in Captain America: Civil War, his own solo film Black Panther, The Avengers: Infinity War - Parts 1 & 2, & his last appearance is still undetermined but it's speculated to be the possible sequel known as Black Panther 2 from his first solo film.

Actor Wesley Snipes was once attached to play the lead in Black Panther during the 1990s when it was in development at Columbia Pictures.

The fighting in this film is based on African martial arts. The style is influenced by the action scenes in Creed and the "Kingsman".

Two months before the Black Panther Party, the "Black Panther" was created in July 1966. It was then assumed the name referenced the Party, and so the character was renamed the Black Leopard. However, none cared for that title and therefore it did not last for long.

John Boyega was considered for the role of T'Challa.

This was the eighteenth film released by Marvel Studios for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This film is director Ryan Coogler's third collaboration with Michael B. Jordan, after the 2013 "Fruitvale Station" and the 2015 "Creed".

This is the second solo movie for a character introduced in Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

In the first teaser trailer, there are snippets from the song "Legend Has It" by Run the Jewels. Black Panther is also referred to as a "Legend".

In Wakanda three out of every five people go barefoot, a deliberate decision by the costuming department.

The filmmakers refer the "Godfather" films and the James Bond films as an influence on the story, calling it, "a big, operatic family drama centered on a world of international espionage."

Michael B. Jordan starred in a comic-book adaptation of the Fantastic Four superhero group.

Sterling K. Brown is the third actor from the movie "This Is Us" who has joined the Marvel Universe. Previously Chris Sullivan and guest star Sylvester Stallone appeared in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Gorilla City, home to Man-Ape's Jabari Tribe, was initially set in a rain forest, but Ryan Coogler felt it was too obvious and suggested that it be found up a snow-covered mountain.

This will be Chadwick Boseman and Sterling K. Brown's first collaboration since "Marshall".

Inspired by the mountains at Blyde River Canyon, South Africa Rondavels are seen at the tops of Wakanda's skyscrapers.

Black Panther has officially become the highest grossing superhero movie ever in North America by surpassing The Avengers which set the record in 2012.

The character Black Panther was originally called The Coal Tiger.
