This youthful relationship drama revolves around five childhood friends, Bapi, Dola, Jijo, Hasna and Riju, who have just completed their college education and must take on the responsibilities that come with adulthood.
Bapi gets immediately absorbed into his family's jewellery business, but the rest of them are forced to begin a tedious search for suitable employment.
At this critical juncture in their lives, they also learn about their sexuality and get into relationships. Bapi begins to realise that he has feelings for Dola, but she rejects him and says that would like to remain friends with him.
Bapi's family arranges for him to meet with a prospective bride for him. After meeting with Sheuli, a sweet and straightforward girl, Bapi admits to her that he is in love with someone else and she agrees to help him win Dola's heart.
