Agni Sanskar (1961)

This fast-paced action drama traces the trials and triumphs in the life of Rajat Chowdhury, an honest man who works as the Chief engineer of a factory in Raghavpur. He is a good friend of the owner's son, but instead of trying to take advantage of his connections, he works hard. He not only has an amazing understanding of the machinery and equipment, but is equally adept at dealing with people and resolving conflict.

Impressed with his leadership qualities, the company management decides to replace Dhiren, the current manager of the factory with Rajat. Dhiren is not only corrupt and anti-social, but is willing to go to any lengths to exact revenge upon Rajat and the company for trying to dislodge him. Will Rajat and those loyal to him succeed in defeating Dhiren against all odds?
