A young girl Abigail lives in a city that is secluded from the outside world due to an epidemic of a mysterious illness that separated her from her father. One of the ill citizens was her father who was taken along with the others to the outskirts of the city. Abigail learns she has superpowers and that the epidemic was a cover employed to cleanse the city and capture the citizens with such magical powers. She is on the run from the authorities who hunt to imprison her and learns to utilize her powers effectively.
